How does it work?

Nearly all computers these days have Java installed, and those which don't can get it very quickly, easily and - best of all - for free.

Most PC users also have either a microphone and speakers or a headset/mic combination for gaming or talking across Skype/games/socail media applications

When you, or a surfer on your web site, click the button it downloads a special java applet which temporarily turns the computer into a phone and places a call to a pre-selected number.

The surfer gets to speak to the website owner quickly and for free, which aids support or purchasing, and the website owner gets to talk to an interested party, probably a potential customer, for just a few pence per minute.
